In General, if you have already created an account with the California Community Colleges federated identity Initiative and you are being directed to the site, you need to login to the Open CCC website using the userid and password you established.
If you are not redirected back to Canvas, contact OpenCCC; they will provide you with the most direct and effective recourse for your situation.
